We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior level Product Manager (3-5 years of experience) to serve as the Product Owner for our Senior Care segment, which covers ratings, reviews, and search tools across Senior Living, Nursing Homes, Home Health, and emerging care categories. You will own the category life cycle end-to-end-driving annual ranking launches, optimizing user experiences, executing roadmaps, and collaborating with leadership to expand into new categories, consumer tools, and B2B offerings. Act as Product Owner for senior care categories, leading the planning, optimization, and delivery of core site features and annual category launches. -
Develop and execute product plans aligning with business goals, focusing on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and engaging research and decision-making experiences for users. -
Analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative research to identify user needs, translating data into actionable feature improvements and presenting weekly/monthly findings to stakeholders. -
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog using clear user stories and requirements to ensure high-value feature delivery. -
Lead daily communications and agile workflows with development, design, editorial, SEO, and marketing teams. -
Collaborate with UX teams on user research and collaborate with product leadership to evaluate new product expansion opportunities (such as new care verticals or B2B platforms). -
Leverage web analytics and AI tools to optimize search traffic, site architecture, and user engagement across senior care products. |
